You’re sitting on the beach. Sand between your toes, a slight breeze ruffling you hair, the sound of waves crashing barely audible over the steady stream of summer jams pouring from your speakers, and suddenly: the gut-wrenching, panic-inducing realization I don’t have an apartment for next year. And yes, the natural choice would be to stay and live on the beach like Tom Hanks in Castaway, just less lonely. But it’s hard to get your degree when your only teacher is Professor Coconut, who grades way too hard and knocks you down a letter grade for every class you miss. So you need to find a place back in equally wonderful Champaign-Urbana. You need to find a place so wonderful, that you actually look forward to living there once the summer is over. But you are on the beach and don’t want to pack up the party. Great news! JSM doesn’t want you to pack up the party either. We offer emailed leasing. With all business conducted over email, you don’t have to waste precious sunshine commuting to our office to sign a lease agreement. Once you have selected an apartment from our available units (which you can find a list of here) get in touch with a helpful leasing agent, either by calling the office at 217-359-6108 or sending an email to [email protected]. They will get you started down the cyber road to success. First, you would make your security deposit online. Once your payment has been completed, you would receive, beamed to you through the airwaves or however the internet works, a copy of your lease agreement. You would then review, sign, and send the copy back, along with a photocopy of your driver’s license. The next step is… oh wait… you’re done. It’s that simple! Now you can get back to your busy beach activities, like building sandcastles or other suggestions appropriate for a company to make.
