The Carl Woese Institute of Genomic Biology is hosting the last session of their Lunchbox Series for the semester on April 13th at Bevier Cafe. You’ll get to enjoy a buffet style lunch courtesy of Spice Box while learning about nutrition. “Changing our future food through wholesome nutrition, one bite at a time” will be presented by Maneephan (Yui) Keeratiurai, Director of Food Science and Wholesome Nutrition at Archer Daniels Midland.

The event is free, but you need to register ahead of time.

The Lunchbox Series happens each semester, and it examines the intersection of food, science, and culture.
