Post-rock greats Explosions in the Sky are on tour celebrating their 20th anniversary as a band, and on Thursday, they hit the Castle Theatre in Bloomington. Their catalog spans the course of those two decades, with their debut being issued in 2000, How Strange Innocence, and most recently, 2016’s epic The Wilderness.
The Austin, TX outfit is no stranger to this area either. They have performed twice in Champaign-Urbana — once in 2011 headlining PYGMALION at the Canopy Club, and another in 2003 at Cafe Paradiso.
