In my humble opinion, a beer is really the best type of beverage to enjoy alongside a burger. The Farren’s burger — named the best burger by this magazine back in 2018 — has it’s very own specially formulated beer to drink with said burger. Swine Toasts Bovine is a cream ale, and you can have a draft while dining in, or take some cans home with you and your take out burg.
I see a Motherlode happening in the near future. Or maybe a Russell. A Spicoli? Obviously I will have to make multiple visits to find the ideal pairing.
