Flying Machine Avionics will close up the kitchen at 2 p.m. during the week, but will remain open all day on the weekends. That means that you can eat breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, and breakfast/brunch on Saturday and Sunday. To offset the lack of food a little, there will be a wider selection of baked goods available at the counter.
