Journalist Terrell Jermaine Starr is a graduate of the Russian, East European, and Eurasian Center at the University of Illinois, and has been providing updates on the war in Ukraine from Ukraine (most recently, Lviv).
Starr is currently a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council and hosts the foreign policy podcast Black Diplomats. Starr was recently on an episode of the podcast In the Thick to talk about his experiences on the ground in Ukraine.
