Sold at Common Ground Food Co-op, Harvest Market, and Salt & Light Market, Red Bicycle Ice Cream is expanding where you can find their ice cream to include Fresh International Market.
At 505 S Neil Street in Champaign, Fresh International Market now sells Red Bicycle ice cream, vegan gelato, and sorbet. The flavors offered at Fresh International Market include green tea crunch, Orea, vanilla bean, and vegan lemon crunch. You can see what flavors have recently been delivered to any of the four local retail places here.
Red Bicycle makes small batch ice cream with dairy from Kilgus Farmstead and makes vegan gelato with a coconut milk base as a dairy-free alternative to ice cream. The Urbana ice cream shop opened on July 6th in 2017. The ice cream shop was open during the summers of 2017, 2018, and 2019. We reviewed the shop in 2017. In 2020, they didn’t open the shop but took orders online and sold at retail locations.
