Get some nut butter from Butter Babes

Sisters Cassie and Emma Reinbold have teamed up to make small batch nut butters in Champaign. So far, they’ve made cashew, hazelnut, pistachio, almond, and oat butters.

Additionally, Butter Babes has been partnering with local businesses for flavor collaborations. Butter Babes worked with Tasty Tart to make Blueberries n’ Cream spread made from a toasted cashew base with dried blueberries, with Meyer Produce for an almond butter and berries, and with Just BEE Açai for ‘nola butter (a nut free butter) made from oats. You can buy some of these collaboration butters online.

Butter Babes sells their nut butter at the Just BEE Açai truck which you can follow on Instagram and Facebook for where they’ll be, at the Urbana Market in the Square on Saturday mornings at the Just BEE Açai truck, and in their online shop where they offer pick up at the truck or nationwide shipping.
