Governor J.B. Pritzker rolled out his new plan to reopen the state, appropriately titled Restore Illinois, today at his briefing which you can watch below. The plan lays out this public health approach to safely reopening the state, and according to Gov. Pritzker, we are currently in phase two (“Flattening”) as of May 1st.
