According to a post on their Facebook page from owner Edith Peacock, H2O Salon in Urbana has been granted a permit to cut hair outside. As far as I know, they are the only salon or barber shop doing this. It’s a great option for those in need of a cut who would rather not spend that amount of time indoors. We talked to Peacock back in June as she was preparing to reopen her salon, if you want to learn a little more about the place.
