Have you tried Nori Sushi yet?

I recently tried the new Champaign restaurant — I had it delivered, and it arrived very quickly. The hot items were still hot, and the cold items were cold.

I ordered the hibachi chicken ($15.55), the chicken tempura roll ($7.25), the sweet potato roll ($5.25), and the gyoza ($4.99). You can view the entire menu and place an online order here

All of the dishes were solid. The chicken and vegetables in the hibachi dish were well flavored. I really liked that the chicken roll had avocado in it — it was a nice textual combination. The gyoza would have probably been just a little bit more yummy if they hadn’t traveled, but the chewiness from steaming in their container wasn’t terrible. The pork filling was flavorful.

I’d order from Nori Sushi again, especially on a busy or lazy day. I’m curious to know if you’ve tried this new spot, and if so, what have you had? Let us know in the comments, or shoot us an email at [email protected]
