Dr. Stephen Brusatte is a Professor and Chair of Palaeontology and Evolution at the University of Edinburgh, a published author, and an advisor for the Jurassic World movies (basically he is living the life that some of us may have chosen during our dinosaur obsession phases) and he will be at the University of Illinois on March 7th for a public lecture.

The lecture, at 5 p.m. in Natural History Building 2079, will cover the origin of dinosaurs through their extinction and everything in between. A reception and book signing will follow. Dr. Brusatte’s books The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs and The Rise and Reign of the Mammals will be available for purchase. No advanced registration is necessary.
