HUM tour kicks off in Nashville tomorrow

Influential Nashville music scene rag, Nashville Scene, put together a pretty sweet writeup previewing the first show of HUM’s first tour in 17 years. 

Cross another off that short list — Hum is back. The thoughtful headbangers from Champaign, Ill., kick off their first U.S. tour in 17 years Friday at Mercy Lounge. The show is sold out.

Joining HUM, and possibly opening for them this time, are locals The Dirty Feathers. If you’re heading out for a long weekend, this should probably be your stop.
