Epiphany Farms, a Bloomington-Normal based farm, is part of the Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group. The EFHG owns and operates three literal farm-to-table restaurants: Epiphany Farms Restaurant (B-N), Anju Above (B-N), and Old Bank Restaurant & Bar (LeRoy). The video below, made for and featured by Eater, takes viewers on a journey to see exactly how the food goes from the farm to their restaurants’ tables, and how the folks behind EFHG conceptualize their work.
We reviewed Old Bank Restaurant & Bar in a Date Night column last year, Epiphany Farms’ performance at the 2016 Artisan Cup & Fork, and sampled their dish at the Spence Farm Foundation’s 2015 Harvest Feast.
