Champaign Public Library is hosting a pretty cool opportunity for local kids and their families. On March 3rd, the library will be hosting an insect petting zoo, brought over from the UIUC Entomology Graduate Student Association.
The event will take place from 3:00-3:45 that day. Insects that will be there include: Madagascar hissing cockroaches, Chilean rose hair tarantulas, blue death feigning beetles, eastern lubber grasshoppers, Arizona hairy scorpions, and more.
