Yes, spring will eventually happen once again, and spring means garden prep. Did you know that you can rent a garden plot from the Champaign Park District? The Eddie Albert Community Garden Plots are located in Dodds Park, and there are plots available for community members to rent. It’s a great option if you love to garden but live in a place without the yard for it.
To register, head to the Leonhard Center to select your plot size and duration of rental period. There are even elevated plots for those who might have limited mobility.
