Krannert Art Museum hosts free creativity workshop this Thursday with artist Kelly Hieronymus

Krannert Art Museum is ready to help you find your inner artist this summer. The second of KAM”s free summer offerings, Creativity Workshop: Patterns and Forms, happening this Thursday afternoon, will begin with a talk by local artist Kelly Hieronymus about how patterns and shapes figure into the art we see at KAM and elsewhere. After that you’ll seek out inspiration in the Blue and White Ceramics exhibit and the newly reintalled Bow and Tree Galleries. Last, but certainly not least, you’ll let your inspiration guide you in the creation of your own work of art.

Pencil and paper will be provided.  Feel free to bring your own pens and sketchbooks. Wet media (paints and pastels) will not be allowed.
