Krannert Art Museum to host creative expression and mental health discussion

Krannert Art Museum has announced that You Are Not Alone: Creative Expression and Mental Health During the Pandemic, will be held online on June 17th, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. 

Three local artists will be joining the conversation, including two exhibiting in Pandemics as Portal to Change, and “will share their work and discuss the role mental health plays in their work.”

This panel discussion will be moderated by Teklii DeyKoontz, Interim Executive Director & Communications Chair, NAMI Champaign chapter, and Kamila Glowacki, KAM Interim Manager of Education.

Participating artists are Elijah Griffin, Cassandra Peak, and Shannon Percoco.

This event is a collaboration between the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI, Champaign chapter) and Krannert Art Museum.
