Lodgic is for sale

The front entrance of a business, at night. The facade is mostly windows, and there's a glowing yellow sign that says Lodgic in large block letters, and Everyday Community in smaller letters.

Everyday Kitchen abruptly closed in December, and now Lodgic Everyday Community is selling the building for $4.5 million. It’s being sold as is, including the cafe, co-working space, child care and fitness center, and everything that comes with those. Lodgic opened in the fall of 2018, as a concept by Moose International. The organization has divested of the business, which also includes locations in Madison and Louisville.

If there’s no buyer by the end of March, the business will close.
