Maize at the Station has a chicken mole dish on special this weekend, and it looks delicious. According to the post on Facebook, the dish is “a smoky sweet sauce poured over a quarter baked chicken with our rice, this is a true traditional offering. Pairs perfectly with a Stone Buenaveza Lager on our patio.” With the weather looking to be less hot and humid, mole on the patio sounds perfect.
The special is only available this weekend, so make haste. And wear your mask!
