While there aren’t a ton of details about what is happening over next to the Blind Pig and Cream & Flutter, it appears that there is a new wine bar opening called Crudo, soon. The address is 116 N Walnut St.
This is a project from Dario at Nando Milano — and from what I can gather, the term “enoteca” has been thrown around. The window decal says “CRUDO: Wine Bar : Shop : Parlour” — so you can let your imagination run a bit there with the concept.
We’ll update more when we get some information, but it appears it is happening at some point in the near future.
