Just Hamburgers, a tiny but mighty burger shack in Paxton, will permanently close on April 30th. Nothing terrible has happened to precipitate this closure; the owners simply want to retire.
If you want one last burger, get to Paxton before April 30th. In the meantime, you can read our review of the restaurant.
(An aside: There is another Just Hamburgers location in Paducah, KY that will not be closing.)
