In the space where Legacy Pizzeria used to be, a new restaurant called Just Yolkin’ is now open at The Crossing in Champaign. The brunch menu at Just Yolkin’ has everything from chocolate chip pancakes to a chicken salad croissant sandwich.
The entrees range from $6-$15. On the lighter side of the menu, the avocado toast has two slices of sourdough with two eggs plus a raspberry vinaigrette salad, and in the middle, the ultimate brekky comes with two eggs, two strips of bacon, and two pancakes. There are even more breakfast options like French toast, omelets, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, sausage links, and breakfast burrito with chorizo, chihuahua cheese, and chipotle sour cream on the menu.
As far as beverages go, the new restaurant offers coffee, espresso, fresh-squeezed orange juice, tea, hot cocoa, and seven cocktails.
The menu has lunch sandwiches and a salad as well.
Just Yolkin’ is located beside Jupiter’s at The Crossing and across the street from 83 Vietnamese and San Maru.
