The Meat Science Lab on the U of I campus is offering $50 bundles of meat for your fourth of July festivities.
Per Meat Mail (yes, you should be on this mailing list):
These bundles will include a 5# box of 1/3# Beef Patties, a 5# box of Brats (17 per box), 2 packages of Old Fashioned Wieners, and a package of Smoked Loin Chops. This bundle will cost $50.00. There will be no substitution. If you are interested in ordering a bundle please email me and let me know how many bundles you’d like. Please have your reservations in by Wednesday, that way, if we need to make more product, we have time before the 4th. I’m going to say that these bundles will be ready for pick up on Friday at the earliest.
Go ahead and start emailing me. I will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Please have your reservations in by Wednesday at noon and I will email out when the bundles are ready to be picked up (as I said, maybe Friday at the earliest).
TL;DR: If you’re having a big party for the 4th of July, spend $50 on a massive amount of meat. Place your order by emailing [email protected] by Wednesday, June 27th.
