The owners of Radio Maria are ready to retire (at least according to the listing), and have put the restaurant up for sale. Interested in owning and running a restaurant? It’s definitely in an excellent location, and seems like a fair price to acquire the lease and the business.
The restaurant does not appear to be closing at this time, so don’t work yourself into a tizzy just yet (but you can read our review of brunch to alleviate your stress).
We’ve reached out to the owners for comment, but have not heard back yet.
