Locally owned vegetarian restaurant, The Red Herring, has decided to stay open for the summer — something that hasn’t happened in awhile. Along with that, they’ll be hosting weekly dinners that focus on and use the ingredients of a different local, organic farm. Guests are encouraged to bring records that will be played during the dinners.
Dinners will be each Saturday, starting this coming Saturday (May 31st) from 5-8 p.m. At $10 a plate, you will get a dinner prepared with all local ingredients and support a local farm (as well as a local restaurant!). You can check out the event page here, and keep up with all of The Red Herring news here.
