RegCakes Bakery is closing in Urbana ahead of the bakery’s move to its new location in Savoy. The last day to get the bakery’s gluten-free goodies in Urbana is Saturday, October 21st, but RegCakes will be open all week starting at 10:30 a.m. in the Lincoln Square Mall space they share with Cloud Mountain Kombucha.
RegCakes will open a standalone location called RegCakes Bakery & Cafe in Savoy before the end of the year. The new cafe plans to offer a seasonal menu of baked goods in addition to pre-orders. In previous years, holiday pre-orders included gluten-free stuffing, gluten-free gingerbread house decorating kits, gluten-free dinner rolls, and the bakery’s popular cinnamon rolls.
If you are hungry for RegCakes during the short business break, find the bakery’s gluten-free eats at Harvest Market. There’s decorated cakes and cupcakes in the bakery and in the freezer section, cinnamon rolls and pizza dough.
