BrewLab Coffee is starting a new monthly event series called “Short Story Time,” which will give a platform to local authors looking to share their works with a small audience. BrewLab hopes that “by creating this series we can foster the local literary culture,” and I totally support that.
The Facebook page for the first event in the series says, “the bards and storytellers of Chambana will coalesce at our humble shop to deliver you an evening of wonder, wit, and whimsy.” So it sounds like a great opportunity for new writers, but also a fun event for onlookers as well.
The first event is happening tonight (March 13th) at 7 p.m., but keeps your eyes peeled for this event in the future. And consider submitting your own work to be shared!
