Al Allison, who owns CPBP Popcorn Shop and Next Level Hair Parlor, is planning to open Sooie Bros. Bar B Que Joint at 1201 N. Market on April 1st. According to the News-Gazette, it will initally be open Friday through Sunday, then will expand hours to 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
His menu will focus on chicken, ribs, wings, and Polish sausage, as well as a signature sandwich, the Sloppy Sooie.
