On September 9th, at 6 p.m., Stratton Academy of the Arts invites their students and community members to tune in to Facebook live for a performance from DJ Double II. From the press release:
DJ Double II is an artist whose work spans over 15 years of dedicated entertainment, from DJing to producing music and recording. He has opened for a variety of international recording artists and is recognized for his skill in connecting to his audience. He will be performing for the students of Stratton Academy as their first virtual artist visitor of the 2020-21 school year, and the students will be invited to celebrate and participate in his performance virtually as well. The students and community members will be presented with a challenge to create and submit videos of their own “home dance party” to be included in a dance compilation.
Throughout the year, Stratton will be inviting other artists to the platform to connect with students and broader community.
