According to a News-Gazette article, Strawberry Fields will reopen on Thursday under new ownership. Mohammad Al-Heeti, who owns Champaign international grocery store World Harvest, bought the store and renovated it. Many of the same employees will be back, as well as many of the same offerings — groceries, coffee, vitamins, prepared food and a bakery. Open hours will be 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.
