Sushi Man is bringing all-you-can-eat sushi to North Prospect in the space formerly occupied by Jumbo Crab. Sushi Man opened its original takeout-focused restaurant on Green Street in 2021 inside an apartment building, and this new second location will offer lots more seating and as much sushi as you can eat.
