The new Voices Project seeks participants for community storytelling initiative

Azlan Smith, an HRI Public Humanities Fellow and MFA Candidate in the English Department’s Creative Writing Program, is launching a collaborative community storytelling intiative called Voices: Memory as Connection.

“Voices tells some of the stories we’re living, and it starts by asking, what would you like to share?”—Azlan Smith, HRI Public Humanities Fellow

As the recent announcement states:

In order to participate, participants are “invited to answer the questions below, and then write about an important moment in your life that relates, loosely or directly, to our theme of “Memory as Connection.” All submissions are considered and included anonymously, as the goal is to create a tapestry of many different views. Submissions are due by December 19th. Find out more, including how to submit your entry, here.
