Tomorrow, July 2nd, will be the first day of in-person sales at the U of I Meat Lab since the start of the pandemic. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., you can pick out what products you’d like. The Meat Lab sells pork, beef, chicken, eggs, and more. You can check out what’s available online here.
You can visit the Meat Lab in person on Friday, or you can place an order online with a choice of your pick up day and time window. The operating hours are still being finalized, and they will be announced next week in the Meat Mail newsletter. If you want, you can subscribe to the Meat Mail.
