The next Spring Residential Electronics Collection Event is coming up on May 20th, and you can still make a reservation to show up and get rid of all that random electronics stuff gathering dust and taking up closet space. I have my ticket and plan to do just that.
You need to register online, then peruse the website to see the list of items they will accept. The collection will happen in the parking lot at Parkland College from 8 a.m. to noon, and it’s open to most Champaign County residents. You can also find participating communities on their site.
