If you have an incoming kindergartner and haven’t made it to a school tour this month, you still have several chances. Champaign Unit 4 will be continuing their kindergarten tours through the end of March (except over spring break, obviously). Once upon a time, when I had an incoming kindergartner, I found the tours to be very helpful in getting to know principals, teachers, and the vibe of each school. NO prior registration necessary, just meet at the main office of the building. Here are the tour days/times:
Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. in February at Barkstall and Kenwood only (due to balanced calendar break)
Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. in March (Barkstall and Kenwood will not have tours March 14, 21, and 28 due to balanced calendar break)
