After a bargaining session that lasted into the early morning hours, a tentative agreement has been reached after months of failed negotiations. The teachers have been working without a contract since June 2021, and there have been contentious disagreements over the implementation of a longer school day for elementary school students.
According to WCIA, a ratification vote will take place on Tuesday.
