The Urbana Butcher Shop will host their first event at 5 p.m. this Wednesday—a Carolina style hog roast. They’ll smoke an entire hog, dress with a spiced cider vinegar, and serve it with a side of coleslaw, mustard BBQ sauce, and a slice of bread. Plates are $9 each.
