Tomorrow, Saturday, May 18th, University Library is hosting this interesting event that will help you understand how items are preserved. Whether those are photos, instruments, artwork, or something in between, the Preservation Emporium is open and will show you just how these important items are kept in conditions that allow for them to continue to exist for years and years.
University Library will be hosting this event from 1 to 4 p.m. tomorrow at the Douglass Annex, located at 804 N. 5th Street in Champaign, right to Douglass Park. Here you’ll have an opportunity to talk to local experts, plus, there are activities for kids and raffle drawings to boot.
