If you’ve tried to dine out on a Monday evening over the past couple of years, you’ve probably found limited options. It’s understandable. As restaurants have settled into new ways of operating, often with less staff, taking Monday off the schedule makes sense.
It was pretty exciting to hear that Watson’s Shack & Rail is adding Mondays to their dinner hours. They will be open from 4 to 9 p.m., and will have some solid specials to entice you out on a Monday. You can get half off slushies, draft beer, and premium well drinks, as well as $1 off sandwiches and entrees. Alyssa thought their Sweater Weather seasonal slushie was delicious.
