You can take an audio tour of the Japan House Gardens

Now that it’s summer, events at Japan House have slowed down quite a bit. But, the beautiful gardens are still there to enjoy. The gardens all have purpose and intention, and they reflect a piece of Japanese culture. If you bring your phone and some headphones along with you, you can learn about each garden from James Bier, designer and builder of the gardens, on a short self-guided audio tour.

There are six segments, and each is five minutes or less. In just that short amount of time you can learn a lot about the various elements of the Tea Garden, Inner Garden, Dry Garden, and Stroll Garden.

Take advantage of these cooler temps and check it out!
