In another life, I worked in Monticello and regularly grabbed lunch at The Brown Bag. You can read our review from a couple of years ago here. One of the highlights of eating there is their case full of pies from Pies by Inge.
I noticed at Cafe Kopi today that they are now selling those pie slices in their bakery case, and this is just a marvelous piece of information to know. While it’s not the full selection you might find if you drive out to Monticello, they had enough to give you some good options.
Kopi is now doing some indoor seating, and of course you can also enjoy your pie and coffee at a sidewalk table or grab it to-go.
