Learn more about the state of the state and take the opportunity to ask face to face questions of your representatives. Next Wednesday, June 6th, State Rep. Carol Ammons and State Senator Scott Bennett will be hosting an end of session town hall. It’ll take place at Carpenter’s Hall, 402 S Duncan in Champaign from 5:30-6:30 p.m. I attended one of these last year, and the room fills up pretty quickly. So get there a few minutes early to grab a seat.
