The 4th Annual Urbana Art Expo is happening on September 15th and 16th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Urbana Civic Center. The Urbana Public Arts Program and 40 North are now seeking applications to appear in the expo. The applications are open to all U.S. artists, but preference will be given to artists in Champaign County. Here are the eligibility requirements:
- A signed and completed application form
- Up to 5 images of work samples (.jpegs, no more than 3MB per image, if digital)
- An Index of Work Samples, specifying each work’s title, medium, and date
- An Artist Bio (1 Page Maximum)
- (For Champaign County Artists only) Proof of Local Residency, such as a copy of a lease agreement, utility bill, or a valid driver’s license
