Mark Hartstein, aka Shades, aka Rhizome Productions, has launched a Kickstarter campaign for Shady Dawgs. His plan is to have a pop-up hot dog cart in time for the first annual Craft Beer Festival. There aren’t many places in C-U to get a legitimate hot dog (RIP Wonderdogs), so this would be a great thing to have happen.
