This nice(ish) weather has me thinking about helado -

Now that spring has begrudgingly arrived (I think/hope), I’m thinking about nice weather, warmth and sunshine on my skin, and ice cream. El Oasis is one of my favorite ice cream locales in C-U. The ice cream is delicious, and the flavors are yummy and more interesting than vanilla, chocolate, cookies ‘n cream (though those are available, too). For the lactose-intolerant, consider the sorbet, which is made without dairy. For a real treat, get the chamoyada (pictured below).
