Watson’s hosting Belle Meade Bourbon tasting dinner on June 28th

For those of you who enjoy pairing your whiskey with good food, Watson’s Shack & Rail in Downtown Champaign has you covered this month. On June 28th, the Shack will feature a Belle Meade Bourbon tasting dinner, which will feature some small bites accompanied by tastes of a variety of whiskeys.

BELLE MEADE TASTING
(Wednesday, June 28th)

Join us for our first spirits & food tasting at the shack! Our friends from Belle Meade will be on site to give you an exclusive, intimate tasting experience. There will be [5] pours paired with [5] small bites to go with an informative tasting with a representative from Belle Meade; they are there to give you a proper education on their delicious whiskey selection. This event is VERY LIMITED with only [10] seats available. Tickets will be available for sale for $40 and must be purchased in advance. All interest & inquiries are to be directed to Rosemary at Watson’s in downtown Champaign.

Watson’s will also be introducing a regular Bluegrass & Burgers on Sunday, June 25th, which will continue on the very last Sunday of every month in perpetuity. 

We have our first Bluegrass & Burgers event this upcoming Sunday from 10 AM – 2 PM (kitchen will re-open for dinner service at 4 PM). There will be live music and our delicious Smashburgers available; this replaces our regular brunch menu for the day. We will also have cornhole set up outside and plenty of libations to be had! This will be an outdoor event (weather permitting).
