Per a report in The News-Gazette, The Ice House located at 703 N. Prospect Avenue has closed for good. The bar underwent a change in ownership back in 2018.

UPDATE: January 16th at 8:43 a.m.:
The News-Gazette has issued a correction to their initial report which stated the Ice House would permanently close. That information was incorrect, as they heard from the owners that the bar hopes to reopen under new management.
