The Henry Luce Foundation, which according to its mission, “seeks to enrich public discourse by promoting innovative scholarship, cultivating new leaders, and fostering international understanding,” just awarded 28 grants adding up to $9 million dollars. Some of that money will be going to our own Krannert Art Museum, in support of “A Question of Emphasis: Louise Fishman Drawing,” a traveling exhibition curated by Amy L. Powell, through the American Art Program.
