Champaign-Urbana has a new option for some locally made ice cream: The Dash. This new ice cream stand made its debut a couple weekends ago at Urbana’s Market at the Square. Flavors change weekly, and sound pretty darn tasty (s’mores stout, bourbon peach pecan, smoked mint, movie sundae, for example). The photos look great; I’m looking forward to trying this ice cream soon.
